OTFP may disclose clients' nonpublic personal information: (1) to unaffiliated service providers and vendors that assist us in operating our business or supporting client service, such as client relationship management systems, document storage providers, archiving vendors, cloud service providers, cybersecurity vendors, attorneys, accountants, recordkeepers, and similar providers, as applicable; (2) to your authorized representative or power of attorney; (3) when we receive your prior consent; (4) in response to legal, regulatory, or law enforcement requirements; (5) in connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of our business; and (6) as otherwise permitted to do so in accordance with the parameters of applicable federal and/or state privacy regulations.
In the event that OTFP has a change to its client privacy policy that would allow it to disclose non-public information not covered under applicable law, OTFP will allow its clients the opportunity to opt-out of such disclosure.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
Privacy has always been important to OTFP. We restrict and limit access to client information only to those who need to carry out their business functions. We safeguard client information by preventing its unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your confidential personal information. Arrangements with unaffiliated companies or independent contractors that handle confidential information on behalf of OTFP are subject to appropriate confidentiality and/or data protection obligations.
We also maintain policies and procedures designed to safeguard personal information through administrative, technical, and physical controls, including secure systems, restricted access, and data retention and disposal practices appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we maintain.
If you submit information to us through our website, including through contact forms, scheduling tools, or similar features, we may collect and retain the information you provide as part of responding to your inquiry, evaluating a prospective relationship, or supporting our business relationship.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Former Clients
Even if we cease to provide you with financial services, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you, and we will continue to treat your nonpublic information with strict confidentiality. We maintain records relating to former clients for the period required by applicable law and continue to protect that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
